Cake Day bills by **celebrations per year**, not by how many people are on your roster. Every plan supports an unlimited number of workspace members; what changes between plans is how many shoutouts Cake Day can post in a 12-month window, plus which features are unlocked.

For small teams getting started. Cake Day posts up to **30 celebrations per year** with AI-generated messages and curated GIFs. You get one admin, one shared channel for both birthdays and anniversaries, and access to all four **voice presets** (Balanced, Professional, Playful, Warm) so you can pick the tone that fits your team.

### Starter — $19/month · $190/year

For growing teams who want everyone celebrated. The cap rises to **150 celebrations per year**, and you can add up to **3 admins**. Starter also unlocks separate channels for birthdays and anniversaries, broadcast invites, CSV roster import, and 365-day activity history.

### Growth — $49/month · $490/year

For teams that want richer tools and more admins. Growth raises the cap to **500 celebrations per year** with **unlimited admins**, adds team leader roles, and lets you build a custom GIF library of up to **15 GIFs**. Activity history is retained indefinitely.

### Pro — $99/month · $990/year

For larger orgs that want every feature. Pro removes the celebration cap entirely (**unlimited**), adds a **custom voice & rules prompt** to layer team-specific rules on top of your preset (sign-offs, never-say words, inside references), **custom branding** (display name, avatar icon, and company name in anniversary messages), a custom GIF library of up to **50 GIFs**, and priority support in Slack.
